All built-out, CoTA will support 120,000 fans, but not all seats are created equal. The Select Seating Wait List gives fans a chance to be the first in line to purchase a "seat license" on March 1st for the best seats in the permanent grandstands around the track. Starting price is $1,000 and goes up to $5,000 per seat.

Anyone with a personal seat license can get tickets for those seats for the next 15 years and will have priority seating for all other events.

If you want cheaper tickets for the race you'll have to wait until early summer when they go on sale.
