It's shot on a low-end camera phone and overdubbed with some seriously lo-fi wailing music, but there's no hiding the fact that here we see some nutcase driving his SUV (image is too crappy to ID it) on two wheels for a very long distance. Of course, the car-on-two-wheels routine has been done many times before, but what transforms it from clever stunt to forehead-slappingly idiotic hoonage is that it's being done on a crowded public road. In fact, this hoon is passing other cars while on two wheels. But he's got his hazards going, you know, because he wants to be safe. This one gets slapped with an unprecedented 20-point penalty for the execrable image/sound quality but gets 10 back for the passing moves. Hoon-O-Meter reading: 35 points.
