It's never fun when you're the victim of a hit and run. It's much less fun when the car you're driving is the Lamborghini you've dreamed about and saved for since you were 7 years old. Friend of Jalopnik Rob Dahm shows us the appropriate response one should have when faced with such a delicate situation.
I'll be honest - I'm a pretty patient guy. I'll wait in line, stick around for a shitty movie to end, and I won't send food back if it's overcooked. I have obviously met my match with the extraordinary resolve that the unapologetic car nut Rob Dahm employs while talking about the likely terminal damage to his prized 2001 Lamborghini Diablo.
Not only does he go over what happened in detail, but he shows every single point of damage on the rare supercar, caused by an old Ford Taurus. This is real-life nightmare fuel for any and all exotic car owners. Be forwarned: you may get a little squeamish.
Also, as a long shot - if any of you happen to have any info on a green '80s Ford Taurus in the Monroe, Michigan area that came home recently with some fancy new yellow scrapes, let us know in the comments.
You can subscribe to Rob's awesome YouTube channel, follow him on twitter, and like him on Facebook. Do it.
