What's better than a competitor's success to change a company's tact? Its own. GM's Zeta platform, about which the company has been teasing us with visions of new, rear-drive Camaros and Buick Grand Nationals, may be getting yet another look by GM brass. Their motivation, Edmunds Inside Line reports, is due to Chrysler's success with the 300C and Charger, as well as its own buzz-magnet, the Pontiac Solstice. Still, with none of the new models arriving before 2010, the teasing will likely continue on the five-year plan.
