Cadillac's new STS-V and XLR-V screamers will begin testing their factory-tuned mettle against Europe's finest highway stars, when the Northstar-powered, SAE-certified 469hp STS-V and 443hp XLR-V roadster go on sale on the old continent next year. Cadillac's angularly proportioned AMG-fighters, products of the new company's Art & Science design language, will premiere at the Cadillac booth in Frankfurt next month, ahead of a European sales launch in early 2006. Whether Caddy's new vision for itself translates into a palatable world brand remains to be seen, but at least they won't embarass themselves in the left lane.
