We don't usually think of it this way, but nearly every form of motorsport is a team sport. Behind every driver is a whole host of people who keep the team and its cars running. This is the crew.

We've mentioned before that support crews are the unsung heroes of racing. They don't usually get anywhere near the credit or acknowledgement that they deserve for keeping everything running.

Ford Racing made this great video to say thanks to the staff behind its factory efforts this year, and it beautifully illustrates all the work that goes on behind the scenes to make races happen.
