Sure, the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor already has tiny, rear-hinging rear doors and back seats big enough for full-size adults. But this is a kick ass pickup damnit, we want room for plus-size adults! UPDATE: We've seen this before.
According to Edmunds, that's exactly what we're getting in the form of a Raptor based on the extended cab SuperCrew F-150 (the current one is SuperCab). Everything else remains the same and, like the positively diminutive baby Raptor (Raptlet?) the momma Raptor will be getting the 6.2-liter 411 HP V8 and, more importantly, its re-tuned gearbox shortly. Since the Raptor is already the shinning pinnacle of American excess done right, we think it's somehow appropriate that it's only getting bigger and more powerful. [via Edmunds]
