Leave it to the WaPo to find a DIY auto-repair writer who speaks three languages and is also a three-star chef. Oh, and who has a Master's in Middle Eastern history from Tulane. Fang (both in video and in print) takes us through basic automotive service operations like changing our oil, charging our A/C and swapping out a dead battery. Elementary operations to serious gearheads, but it's nice to see the Post give some helpful advice to folks whose automotive knowledge doesn't go past the dashboard. Plus, it's just really fun to hear a Beijing native say, "Y'all take it easy now!" [Thanks to CTE for the tip.]
