Mitsubishi has issued the second recall on its new Eclipse in a month; first it was for a vaccum brake booster, now it's the possibility of an improperly installed master-cylinder seal. This time, however, three times as many cars are affected — 3,760 of the coupes built between March 30 and June 10, compared to 1,200 the first go-round. (Actually, we said it was make or break time for Mitsubishi. Someone must have been drunk.)
