Wert just called and blubbered to us that he won't be on CNBC tonight. While wiping away tears and amidst the sniffling, we heard something about Starbucks and their CEO continuing to have trouble getting his beans polished in his stores. We just told him to buck up and quit those sorry, sad tears. There's always tomorrow and hey, less reason to make fun of him for his cockamamie ideas on Dr. Z. And with that he launched into a two-thousand word rant on the lack of longevity of German craft automotive companies of the 1910's, and how none of them would have survived without learning some of the fundamental guiding principles of the American mass production system. Ah, that's our boy — good as new.
