Dan Neil on the Ferrari F430

At the risk of sounding like we're gushing, and to paraphrase Marshall McLuhan, one doesn't read a Dan Neil review, one steps into it like a warm bath of 10W-40. Neil, who's known for weaving smithereens of high and low culture into his LA Times pieces, has surely crashed through whatever analogy-usage threshold had held him previously. His latest review of Ferrari's 2006 F430 spider contains more bits of cultura obscura than a thousand Wikipedia entries. So awesome. [Thanks to Brad for the tip.]
