Today we mourned the failure—be it somewhat deserved or not—of the Volkswagen Corrado, an incredibly interesting but fatally expensive sport coupe from the 1990s. But reader Foxxwoof points out that there’s more to the Corrado than that. Turns out it was actually a harbinger of things to come at VW, well before they got hammered by diesel cheating.
