While when we think of a book that's named "Highlights" we still think of the magazine one of our parents got for us when we were kids. Be that as it may, this "Highlights Book" is a run-down on the Chrysler UAW "White Book" — the agreement inked between the UAW and Chrysler which we've just been told has been agreed upon by Chrysler local leaders.
