We hate to fuel the media flames on this, but this USA Today article is chock full of what we might colloquially term "fucked up shit." Now, in our youth, not much attention was paid to seatbelt use, and we often used to stand on the trans tunnel of the ol' Catalina and lean on the front seat to make chatter with our parents. But no matter how much we persisted in asking, the folks would never let us ride in the trunk, let alone use it as punishment for misbehaving at Gemco.
