Some seem surprised the Chevy Volt, GM's personal (electric) Jesus (car), is built alongside the optionally V8-powered Cadillac DTS and Buick Lucerne at GM's Hamtramck assembly plant. We're just pleasantly surprised GM still builds cars with bench seats.

Sure, it's an option and not standard, but at least it's still available. We miss the days when you could shoehorn six into any premium sedan. Those were the days, weren't they?
