You knew this was coming (you did, didn't you?). Jack Phelan Chevrolet of Lyons, Illinois is offering dibs on its first 2009 Chevrolet Camaro at MSRP, for the Buy it Now price of $20,000. That's twenty grand over the MSRP, remember, for the rights of first refusal on the Camaro, when it's produced.
