Building Nissans out Of Sand

Ah, the beaches of Berlin. The sun, the hot dogs, the scantily clad fischh ndlers, the Nissan products rendered in sand. Who would have thought not having a shoreline could be so much fun. Seriously, though, it's part of Berlin's Sandstation event, sponsored by Nissan, for which artists from around the world created sand sculptures based on modern fairy tales at a park in central Berlin. Yes, the sand was trucked in. [Thanks to Alexander for the tip and photos.]
