Britain's Bristol Cars recently introduced a new "S" model of its Fighter supercar, embellishing the base model with an extra 100hp — 630+ (660 at high speed, from something called "aerodynamic overpressure" in the air intake) and 580 ft/lbs of torque — by tweaking out the Fighter's Chrysler- sourced eight-liter V10 (from the Viper). Along with the new S model, the Fighter is also available in "R" with wider tires and lowered suspension, and "C" with an even slipperier drag coefficient. Prices start at $357,000 and accelerate upward, quick as a Viper.
