During the Buffalo Springfield era, Neil Young famously cruised around in a hearse. Garage rockers the Makers toured in one, and of course, rockers and non-rockers alike make their final journey to a deluxe apartment in the ground in one. With Halloween falling on a Monday this year, it's like a freakin' Bank Holiday weekend for owners of the more macbre of the Professional Cars. The Phantom Coaches car club will be out in force at Southern California events this weekend, rollin' more dead than Jerry Garcia's tape vault. We've always been partial to the E-Type hearse Bud Cort drove in Harold and Maude, but we're like that.
