The new mill gives the midline Lexus a snappy zero-to-60 figure of 5.4 seconds, while nearly retaining its respectable mileage rating (17/24 vs 18/25). The E-Class eater gets an eight-speed gearbox like its LS sibling, replacing the previous six-swapper. A mild facelift, new wheel design, and interior changes complete the spec sheet '08.
