Ok, but I rode with it and am telling you that it isn’t..... It doesn’t completely block the wind, it just keeps it off your chest so you can ride comfortably. Sort of like the perfect little unit on the Ducati Hyperstrada. Read more

The Octane is so much more of a rebadged Scout than I expected it to be that I’m kinda mad at Indian. They made such big promises and sort of underdelivered. It isn’t that it’s a bad bike, just that it isn’t the bike they kept telling us there were bringing. And I’d still want the Harley more. Read more

Helmet is great, but definitely a little more race fit than daily fit. Inside padding is a bit hard, which is great at high speeds but not as plush or comfy as some for all day. Read more

I love the Scout, my only issue with it is that it feels like it needs leather tassles and like I’m supposed to ride it to vintage bike meetups. The things rides fantastic, but I just wouldn’t own one because it doesn’t speak to my hipster sensibilities. Read more
