Especially as the whole motorcycle magazine industry seems quite pushover compared to car stuff. But I guess the circles are smaller, competition higher and manufacturers are more powerful position in comparison.

I followed his stuff for a bit after he moved on, and felt the same way. It felt like they weren’t giving him the freedom he had with lanesplitter and that’s what diminished the magic. I think the best part was they had stories that the average person could relate to because he got outside his comfort zone and tried new things. He even wrote the article that convinced me I 100% needed a Ural. He didn’t say it was amazing but he did say it was fun. Read more
