Not really, the F-16 has no chance against an F-35 in its present form. None. BFM they are fairly equal when you sling tanks and weapons on an F-16. The F-35 deserves better than that. Super maneuverable it is not, but its sensor fusion and avionics suite alone win the day long before the F-16 knows it is there. Read more
