If you’re following Americas, keep an eye out for Honda’s Ricky Brabec in the motorcycle class. He finished a respectable 9th in his first Dakar in 2016, and had a stage win the next (but didn’t finish that race, or the one last year). World Superbike used to race there and it has been a regular feature on the MotoAmerica calendar. Crazy dusty when riders go off track. 

Yes! Bringing back DKW would be great, and might help Ducati make more sense within Volkswagen.
