At least it doesn't have VW's (and Audi's) gaping maw of a grille/fascia/whatever. Not sure it's all that distinctive but I don't miss the grille. Read more

I'd like to hear the story about how these Renault's ended up in Alaska in the first place. You don't suppose there was a dealer? Read more

Wish I had 30 grand to buy one of these...I'm a Pontiac fan from way back...my first real car was a '59 Bonneville sedan. I have a G6 now and have so far enjoyed 30,000 mostly trouble free miles and like driving it. Read more

A couple of years back, when "The Sopranos" was in its heyday on HBO, I gave my son(who was about 25 then and a huge fan of the show) one of the box sets for Christmas. The story was told that about 3 years later we were driving down the main street of Lovelock, Nevada and I was in the front seat and as my Read more

I was around in '66 and always thought that was a decent looking car. My uncle had a big Plymouth Fury and man was it big inside. I've forgotten, though, is the dash all metal or is it padded? Either way, I'd forgotten what dashboards looked like with no airbags and not much padding. Read more

@mzs: I'd say the black thing above the windshield is the XM/Sirius Radio antenna that's on lots of cars today. I have a Pontiac G6 and it took me a year of driving it before I didn't hate it any longer. Read more
