That’s because the so-described purity of the upgraded 86 inspired Toyota to include this line in the press release:“If USDA Certified Organic had a sportscar category, the 2019 86 TRD Special Edition would be its benchmark.” Read more

So a platform that could easily handle 300hp is upgraded to where it can likely handle 400hp and...it remains ‘tepid’ at 200hp. I’ve heard of ‘over-engined’, I guess now we have ‘over-chassised’. Read more

I am so happy that Toyota finally developed another turbo-6 to use in its cars to stay competitive with its German rivals. I would love to see this engine make its way into the an F version of the IS and the GS (if they don’t discontinue their Mama Bear-sized offering). Read more
