I have said it many times on this website, the Redline was NOT The only Vue to have the Honda V6. The standard Vue had the Honda V6 option as well as AWD. The Redline was all suspension and appearance, nothing was done to the engine. Read more

I had the same problem with a Blink charger yesterday...after reading this article I downloaded the new app....so thanks! Read more

The Smoking Tire talks ad nauseum about this. All the government incentives are for building these stations... and that’s it. 6 months after they are made, half the posts are on the fritz, and the only way to get them to come out and fix them is if you have a following like Matt Farah and drag them on social media for Read more

Hey, driving on the roads is more than 0-60 times and merging into traffic. The Ioniq’s 0-60 performance in eco when considered as a whole is fine, but that’s not the whole story. I, and Ioniq 5 owners have noticed the severe lack of urgency from when the pedal is pressed, and acceleration from 0 to around 15-20 MPH. Read more

I bought my cherry 2012 i-MIEV from Carmax in 2017 for under $7K including shipping. I think it’s now just beginning to lose chargeability. I finally had to replace the original tires about a year ago. It’s had zero servicing. It does fine getting on and off, and running on, the interstate. I charge it only at home Read more

Who else saw the early-internet video of a Dodge CaravanTurbo leaving a Camaro behind in a cloud of blue smoke whilst beating it in a drag race. The best part might have been the crowd going wild. I retract that. The best part was a minivan beating a Camaro.  Read more

Excellent, engaging writing! Now, I’m hotly searching Craigslist for an i-MiEV. Digging this.  Read more

This is great, because I own one of the “worst cars” of it’s time; a Ford Fiesta SE 5 speed. It was $12,998 out the door in 2017 and I Autocrossed the hell out of it in 2019. I chose it over my Focus ST every time because it had a much better personality and more approachable demeanor. Read more

Good for you. The most fun to be had in a car is sometimes a car that wasn’t meant for fun at all. A 90's Mercury Topaz understeering with 4 friends is one of the highlights of my teen driving years. Go run with the bulls in Europe elitists, we’ll be giggling chasing a chicken around the yard. Read more

It is too bad Mitusbishi has all but gone under. I had a base model Galant rental circa 2009ish and remember it being a surprisingly good to drive car on a 16 hour drive that included some really heavy snow and its easy to modulate brakes and usable steering feel helped give me confidence driving through a snow storm  Read more

A better driver on a short course with a slow car can beat a worse driver in a faster car on a short course with no trouble at all. Happens all the time in autocross, which I assume this effectively was. I beat Corvettes with my Spitfire on several occasions - Mario Andretti behind the wheel I am better than the old Read more

With how much universal praise this system receives, I’m taking peoples word for it that it is extremely well-engineered and thought out.  Read more

Not sure how easy it is to fool, but all the Supercruise videos I’ve watched from reviewers makes it seem that it’ll disengage, or at least give warnings to the driver if their eyes aren’t on the road. In theory, that should help with the issue of not paying attention while the system is active (cough Tesla cough). Read more

I dont know if I’m startled at the thought of people using this to pay less attention when towing, or if I’m at ease because it probably handles the truck in a safer manner than the average driver. Read more

Which is all fine and good unless someone is trying to qualify for a mortgage and shows no income. Read more
