I'm pretty sure that is a 93 F150 due to the wheels. In 94 Ford put on the polished "Alcoa" style rims on their trucks. 92-93 was the continuation of the brushed rivet rims. Can't be a 92 because the center caps look to be black, they were red in 92. Read more
