English investigators are treating a recent blaze that destroyed hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of supercars as arson, according to reports.
The fire took place at VIP Limousines in Heath Mill Lane, Digbeth, Birmingham, in a garage housing a Lamborghini Aventador, a Rolls Royce Phantom, and a Rolls Royce Ghost, among other things.
Fire boss Hassim Amrid said, “The Lamborghini, which was carbon fibre and valued at £330,000, was totally melted.
Fire crews tweeted pictures of the wreckage with the caption, “”Good stop. Couldn’t save the £330,000 Lamborghini or the Rolls though!” These photos have since been removed, possibly due to the investigation into the fire.
Whenever a senseless crime is committed, a million questions run through our minds. Here, the most important is why did it have to be the beautiful cars when there was also a Hummer limo in that garage that really deserved it?
