Evo shot such a beautiful video of a Porsche Boxster GTS blasting through the mountain roads of Majorca that it almost makes me reconsider my current holiday plans. But are these the best roads in the world?
Designed by the Italian engineer Antonio Parietti and built in 1932, the roads to Cap de Formentor and Sa Calobra on the island of Majorca are masterpieces that work together with the landscape. They were built without using machines, so there was no need to blow tunnels through the mountains.
Once there, wake up early or stay up late to avoid the cyclists, get a nice car and enjoy the magnificence of pre-war European architecture.
And yes, Henry Catchpole is a lucky bastard.
