When Pan Am was serving seven course meals on first class, it only took two-three hours for the lovely flight attendants to present all that food. Here's how they remember the parties on the 707s.

Back in the sixties, airline companies had slightly different priorities. They used only the best French restaurant as caterers so that everybody had a marvelous time in first class. Or at least Pan Am did.

The biggest challenge for Pan Am flight attendants was certainly not getting fat while practicing meal service on a dummy plane built just for that purpose. We're talking French food here and cheese can be a menace.
