Hooking two 1300cc Suzuki Hayabusa superbike motors together is the latest insanity trend to hit among the most skilled gearheads. Its latest incarnation is the Radical SR8, on which the two engines, hooked to a common crankcase, become a single 2.6 liter V8, cranking out 383hp at about 10,000rpm. Fast? What do you think? Looks like the twin-engined go-kart idea we had a couple decades ago wasn't so far off — we just didn't have the skills to get those two lawnmower engines to cooperate.
