DISCUSSION
I've always had a soft spot for this car's simplicity and low cost of ownership.
Sadly, gigantic overhangs, a lot of rough-around-the-edges fit and finish, and a push towards tighter-handling unibody cars were the death knell for this genre.
But in places like Florida, with high temps, grid streets, and uninspiring roads, you could do a helluva lot worse than cars like this. Which probably explains why almost all of them are down there :D
