Thanks to the huge number of responses we received on Friday just before the deadline (hey, at least y'all met the deadline), we're going to split round one of our America's Next Top Car Blogger contest into two parts — one running this weekend and the other running next weekend.
We received well over 200 responses in our contest and, frankly, I'm just tuckered out trying to set up all these posts for today and tomorrow.
So in the interests of sanity, here's what we're going to do. Round one, part one will be today and tomorrow. Internally, we'll tally up new unique visitors for each post on Friday of this week (as per the original contest rules). Next Saturday and Sunday we'll run Round one, part two, and then we'll tally up new unique visitors for each post on the next Friday. We'll merge the two unique visitor count lists and pull the top 20 from the merged list — and run Round two one weekend after that — and Round three the weekend after that. Sound like a plan?
