A Virgin Atlantic plane wing hit a fence while leaving its gate at JFK Airport in New York on Saturday morning, forcing passengers heading to Minneapolis to disembark. No injuries occurred in the incident, NBC New York reports.
Luckily, one passenger caught it all on his phone’s camera. Thanks, bud, for not turning your electronics off just yet. The world is happy that you allowed us to be witness to this unfortunate mistake.
To be honest, we think “slams” may be a bit of an exaggeration with this one (who else imagined full-on action movie here?). Maybe the pilot was American just couldn’t stand to look at the British flag on that wing tip anymore.
