Whether you're cruising on land, or cruising on the water, inevitably you're going to want a yacht. Luckily, Airstream's got you covered with their new Land Yacht.

Originally debuting as a concept late last year, the Land Yacht has just been greenlighted for production by Airstream. And no, neither the company, nor the new camper, are vehicles from the 1950's. Designed in partnership with Mauro Micheli, the long-time designer for Riva Yachts, this new Airstream is certainly for the modern and discerning traveler:

The unit, capable of sleeping up to five people, has a bedroom in the front, a bathroom amidships and a rear social space, which includes a galley that can be hidden when not in use. The Land Yacht’s powered bed lift reveals access to hidden storage. The unit features three power awnings, with remote control.

The 28’ Airstream Land Yacht travel trailer is crafted with quality materials and equipment throughout, including high-luster teak and white wood inlay boat-deck flooring, LED panel lighting elements, Corian® solid surfaces and plush Ultraleather®.

Let's just assume that with all this luxury that powered bed lift is enough to lift Tamara Ecclestone and all of her money. And yes, they said "Ultraleather." I'm not entirely sure what that is, but I assume it's pretty Ultra.

Yeah, that's teak decking for the floor.

Airstream hasn't released any word on pricing yet, but all that Ultra yachtiness should go for quite a lot of cash. A less-luxuriously equipped Eddie Bauer Airstream trailer that's just as long as the 28' Land Yacht goes for almost $90,000, so we're probably talking, at the very least, Bentley Continental GT money- and when was the last time you saw one of those with a bathroom in the middle?
