A Maybach Coupe Like A Yacht, Only Longer

The obnoxious Maybach 57 S is probably more quoted in rap lyrics than actually purchased by real people, but this custom coupe version of the überlimo by XENATEC is surprisingly gorgeous and, unsurprisingly, sell-an-organ expensive.

Since you can't really own a Maybach Exelero, the designers of the car teamed up with bespoke builders XENATEC to build 100 examples actually based on a Maybach 57 S chassis for the low-low price of $920,000 before taxes.

The coupe's just as long as the 19-foot limo version with a slightly longer rear axle, giving the passengers even more room (once they crawl inside of it). Power comes from the 6.0-liter biturbo V12 tuned up to 630 hp for a sub 5.0-second 0-to-62 mph time and top speed approaching 170 mph. For a little extra dough they'll also throw on a custom glass roof and armoring.

We're guessing this is Hubertus Bigend's next car.
