Last week, GM legal staff threatened litigation if Visionary Vehicles brands the China-built cars it intends to import under the name of the cars' builder, Chery. (Chery was recently named in a lawsuit filed by GM that alleges the Chery QQ is an exact copy of the GM-Daewoo Matiz, sold in China as the Chevy Spark.)
