Actress-cum-plastic surgery warning poster Lindsay Lohan crashed a rented Porsche 911 into the back of an 18-wheeler according to TMZ, who reports that Lohan was hospitalized due to minor injuries.
There was once a time on Jalopnik when Lohan crashing cars was a recurring feature on these pages, but not so lately.
