The hard working bureaucrats at the Consumer Product Safety Commission have recalled some of the discount store's Chinese-made toy cars because of the presence of lead. Of course, it could be argued that permanent brain damage is a small price to pay for low-quality, low-priced merchandise. May we recommend just buying your kids Matchbox cars? The recalled cars include 380,000 Pull-Back Action Toy Cars (pictured), 7,500 Dragster and Funny Car toys and 7,200 "Big Red" wagons. Though no illnesses have been linked to these toys, lead is bad for the youngins. [
