Two hot laps with British Touring Car champion and all-round great guy Gordon Shedden will tell you more about the new Honda Civic Type R than an army of journalists ever could, so I hopped on board with him to do just that.
Seriously. We had five laps in the car on an unfamiliar track with instructors in the passenger seat telling us where the next turn should take us. The pair of Gordon Shedden and Matt Neal, however, needed no help to make Honda’s latest pride slide wherever they wished to leave some rubber.
