Welcome to Down On The Street, where we admire old vehicles found parked on the streets of the Island That Rust Forgot: Alameda, California. How rare is a '92 Rocky? Only 295 made sold in North America!
When you already own a 1969 Morris Minor 1000 Traveller wagon and you're the captain of the Dai Hard Charade 24 Hours Of LeMons team, a super-rare Rocky makes plenty of sense. The turquoise paint goes well with the fiberglass "fake rock" utility meter cover (foreground) used in the post-WW2 landfill parts of Alameda.

According to this Rocky's owner, top speed in low range and fifth gear is just 29 MPH, so it should be good for climbing 80% grades… which won't be found in completely flat Alameda.
