I know of a couple of these cars parked in Alameda driveways, but years went by with no 262C sightings on the street. Then, while going for a ride around town in last week's Citroën DS DOTS honoree, I spotted this Bertone parked in the very same block that gave us the '64 Volvo Amazon and the '70 Volvo 164. Must be the Volvo shop in the neighborhood!

Wow, that seat upholstery is really... interesting. If not for the fact that the Volvo 260 used the not-so-reliable PRV V6 for motivation, I might be shopping for a Bertone right now!
