When it comes to being convinced of the merits of the half car/half truck hybrid pretty much any argument no matter how ridiculous or far-fetched will work—at least for us.
It should come as no surprise then that we were completely convinced by the persuasive argument for Ute ownership made in this vintage Holden Kingswood advertisement from down under.
Like the mustached man in this video we also work for living, rather than live for working which is perhaps why the party in the front, business in the back layout of a "Ute" has always been so appealing to us.
Even if the comfort claims of the Holden giving comfort cramped fours can't are a little questionable, it's hard to argue with the idea you get a lot more than just work from a Holden Kingswood.
