Another week means another entry into our series featuring the sweet cars I found for sale online.

To compile this list, I search as much of Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist as I can for interesting vehicles that don’t cost a fortune. They may be hilariously unreliable, remarkably unusual, questionably tuned, or just something that stops me in my tracks. Prices for some cars are trending higher, but I think some good deals are still out there.

The 51-inch wide Daihatsu Midget can slice through tiny gaps in city traffic almost as easily as a motorcycle. These little trucks seat just one and saw use in Japan as delivery vehicles. They may not have a whole lot of utility here in America, but just look at the thing!

This seller has three of them for sale on Facebook Marketplace in Coventry, Connecticut for $6,499 each.

The seller of this one has provided only one picture, which is unfortunate because how often do you see a Citroën of any kind in America, let alone an Ami?

This adorable Ami 6 is a front-wheel-drive economy car powered by a 602cc flat-twin making 32 HP. It’s not fast, just weird. Its name even translates to “friend.”

The seller doesn’t say much about this one other than stating that it was in storage. It’s $9,000 on Facebook Marketplace in Anaheim, California and be sure to get some current pictures!

It’s hard for me not to include a cheap Touareg V10 TDI when I see one for sale. The V10 TDI is to date my favorite SUV; it’s also one of the vehicles I fear the most. It may be able to pull a 747, but just about any major repair requires pulling the drivetrain.

This one is a 2006 like mine, which means that it comes with a diesel particulate filter. The Touareg will go through a process where the exhaust is heated up hot enough to burn built-up soot. It smells pretty gnarly, and every 300 miles or so it looks like you blew a headgasket.

It comes with some 20-inch Audi wheels and is said to have a tandem (fuel/air) pump leak. Thankfully, that’s one of the few things you can replace without removing the engine. It’s $7,500 on Facebook Marketplace in Gardena, California with 200,000 miles.

This vintage Vespa may make only 8 HP from its 125cc two-stroke, but it’s dripping with character. It’s also one of the few scooters out there to feature a manual transmission. It’s hard not to smile when you’re zipping around on one of these moto works of art.

This one is said to rock its original paint, and it’s $3,000 on Facebook Marketplace in Madison, Wisconsin with 3,800 miles.

This one comes courtesy of the Obscure Cars for Sale Facebook group. The Mitsuoka Viewt looks vintage, but it’s really just a second-generation Nissan Micra underneath. Mitsuoka is known for striking designs like this. It looks like a vintage Jaguar on the outside, and while the inside is very much a Micra, it sports some nice woodgrain.

It’s $7,999 on Facebook Marketplace in Coventry, Connecticut.

The Volvo C30 was a sporty hatch that I’m sure that many have forgotten about. It’s also probably the most normal car on this list. This C30 T5 comes with a 2.5-liter turbocharged straight five making 227-HP pushed to the front wheels through a manual transmission. My favorite part about this one is the glass hatch.

This Porsche 911 comes from the controversial 996 generation. These cars are polarizing for their so-called “fried egg” headlights and being the first 911s to come with a water-cooled engine.

But if you can look past the headlights, you get to enjoy a drop-top sports car with a 320-HP flat-six and a six-speed manual.

This one is said to run and drive well with a newer clutch. It’s $17,500 on Facebook Marketplace in Foster, Rhode Island with 142,000 miles. The seller doesn’t mention anything about IMS bearing replacement, so be sure to ask about that.

This week’s enthusiast car is for fans of old Saabs and weird engine layouts.

We’ve called the V4-engined Saab Sonett borderline automotive perfection. That’s a big claim, but look at the cool little thing.

And no, that was not a typo, this has one of the few real V4 engines out there. That 1.7-liter V4 made 73 ponies and thrusts the Sonett to 60 mph in 11 seconds. Not bad specs for its time.

This one is said to be a one-owner vehicle that was was stored in a garage for at least a decade before being brought back to life. It’s all original, save for the paint job and wheels. The seller says that it runs and drives, but it’ll need some more fixes before hitting the road. It’s $9,500 on Facebook Marketplace in Anaheim, California with 95,000 miles.

This Ducati is an inexpensive motorcycle is as good to look at as it is to ride. Some call these a must-have used motorcycle buy. The 90-degree v-twin puts out 80 horses and while this is an old bike by today’s standards, it still has fuel injection.

This one is said to be stock aside from some handlebar risers. It’s $3,200 on Facebook Marketplace in Hamilton, Ohio.

That’s it for this week! Have you purchased a car from one of these posts? If so, I want to know.

If you know of a weird car for sale on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, drop it down in the comments or send it along in an email! If the car’s still for sale, we may feature it in a future post.
