Brazil is pretty amazing because they’re the only country that’s ever really managed to make work, at scale, a liquid fuel infrastructure other than gasoline or diesel or natural gas. And, the fuel they came up with is not just completely renewable, it’s sweet: sugar cane alcohol. I’ve written about the sugar-booze Fuscas (Beetles) before, but if you love old Ford pickups, you could fill them full of sugar, too.

Too bad this only really makes sense in Brazil.
