British sports car manufacturer Noble has been making one car, the M600, since 2010. But today, they just showed up to the Goodwood Festival of Speed with an all-new entry level concept, the Noble M500, which will reportedly come with a 550 horsepower twin-turbo EcoBoost V6.

The car that showed up to Goodwood earlier today is only a concept body, as the car is still early in development. But Autocar reports that the M500 is expected to be rear-wheel drive with a fiberglass body and a direct-shift dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Power has been pegged to be around 550 HP coming from a twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 from the family of engines found in the Radical RXC Turbo, Ford F-150 and Ford GT, though the expected power output suggests there’s a few differences between the engine Noble is using and the GT’s 647 horsepower figure. It’s expected to be around the M600's 2,756 lb weight.

Noble is angling for the M500 to be more of a comfortable daily driver in contrast with its current M600 model, and will be priced and positioned to bring in more volume. The styling is a big jump over the current M600's look and, frankly, it’s pretty gorgeous, possibly even overshadowing it’s older stablemate.

The car isn’t expected to go into production until late next year, and pricing isn’t set yet, though it’s anticipated to come in attractively more “affordable” compared to the M600's near-$272,000 price.
