Above is a Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black. It was a cut-from-stone widebody twin turbo V12 monster, with more power, torque, aero, and aggression than made sense. It was too much car.
Even today, the SL65 AMG Black looks ridiculous. It is a hulking mass of overkill in every metric.
But I’m sure you can think of another vehicle that took itself to even higher levels of pointlessness and excess. Post your most beloved (or your most hated) below.
