I put the car in first, slowly let out the clutch, and opened the door. For no reason other than boredom (and being off of any public road) I decided to drive sidesaddle.
I just let my legs hang out the open door while the little Subaru I was operating idled itself around a gravel parking lot.
I don’t know if there’s any good reason I had for driving sidesaddle, but it was fun for a minute or two and I felt really cool about myself.

What’s the weirdest way you’ve driven a car?
Photo Credit: Sam Smith, in a Mercedes SLS he took down to Mexico. I drove like this, but at two miles and hour, and I was in the driver’s seat.
