A Washington State Patrol trooper with very good vision and a healthy respect for the famed Dos Equis shill spotted a driver using a Most Interesting Man in the World cardboard standee as a fake passenger to use the HOV lane.
It was a pretty good try, everyone admits, even the State Trooper, who tweeted:
So, yeah. If you want to avoid a fine and do the right thing, ditch the standee and get yourself an embalmed corpse. That way your passenger will look plausible from all angles, not just the front. Live and learn, right?
